Application
approval process is based on ability to pay rent (verification
of employment and income), credit history (good credit),
and rental references (excellent references). Refer
to the Qualification Guidelines Form for specific
guidelines on qualifying for rental. Applicant(s)
with a bankruptcy within the last three years and/or
not discharged will be disqualified.

TUESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 10 A.M. TO 6 P.M.
CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
